Your team's tasks, sorted. The first map is free.

Everyone brings real tasks and works them with AI in the session, and the team leaves with a scored map of what to automate, what AI should help with and what to leave to people. Most teams already use AI on their own, with no rule on what may be pasted in. The map sorts that out, task by task.

Why hands-on training works

Other companies published what changed their teams. We built the formats on what they published. Coaching at the shoulder, a build week and a champions contest.

  1. 01

    BCG, AI at Work 2025

Employees with five or more hours of training, especially in person and with coaching, are significantly more likely to use AI regularly. Only 36% feel adequately trained.

    Source
  2. 02

    Zapier

Paused all work for a week and ran an AI hackathon for everyone, technical or not. Weekly AI use went from just under 10% to over 50% that week.

    Source
  3. 03

    Moderna

Ran a prompt contest to find its top 100 power users and made them AI champions. Two months after rollout, staff had built 750 custom assistants.

The Kickoff Workshop

Half a day, up to 15 people. Built around your team's real tasks, sent to us a week before.

  1. 01

What AI is good and bad at

Shown on your own documents and emails, including the confident wrong answers and what must never be pasted in.

  2. 02

    Hands on your own tasks

Each person brings two real tasks and works them with the AI tool your company already has, with help at their shoulder.

  3. 03

    The use-case sort

The team lists what it repeats every week and scores each task on value, effort and risk. Automate, AI assist or leave to people.

  4. 04

    Rules for safe use

One page your team can follow. What data goes in, what stays out, who checks the output.

  5. 05

    What happens next

The top three automations, who owns each one, and a fixed price if you want us to build them.

The Team Bootcamp, week by week

Four live sessions of 2 hours, homework on real work and an office hour every week. Up to 20 people.

  1. Week 01

Use AI on your own work

The basics, shown on the team's real documents. Everyone leaves with prompts for their own role.

You get A prompt sheet for each role and the safe-use rules.

Homework Use AI on one real task every day and note the time it saved.

  2. Week 02

    Find the use cases

The team maps what it repeats every week and scores each task. A use-case contest picks the strongest ideas.

You get The scored Use-Case Map for the whole team.

Homework Pick one task to turn into an assistant or a workflow.

  3. Week 03

    Build your own assistant

Each person builds one working assistant or simple workflow for their task, with coaching during the week.

You get One working assistant or workflow per person.

Homework Use it for a week and fix what breaks.

  4. Week 04

    Demo day

Everyone shows what they built. Leaders see the results. The best builders become your AI champions.

You get Named AI champions and the Automation Shortlist with a fixed price for the first X-Ray.

Homework Champions run the next session themselves.

From training to done for you

Training shows your team what AI can do. Some tasks need more than a good prompt. When they do, we take them the rest of the way.

01

Train

Your team uses AI on its own tasks, hands on, in one session or four weeks.

02

Map

Every repeated task is scored. Automate, AI assist or leave to people.

03

Diagnose

A Business X-Ray, a fixed-price AI readiness audit from $2,900, writes down how the work really runs and what each automation would save.

04

Build and improve

We build them into one connected system, then add AI one task at a time and track the value of each.

How the X-Ray and the rebuild work

Questions

Does my team need to be technical?

No. The training is for people who have never written code. If they can write an email, they can do every exercise.

Which AI tool do you train on?

The one your company already pays for. If you have none yet, we help you pick one that keeps your data out of model training.

Is it online or in person?

Online by default, live and on video, in English. On site on request, with travel at cost.

What do we need to prepare?

Each person brings two real tasks they repeat every week, with a sample document or email. We send a one-page checklist a week before.

What if the team is skeptical?

That is the usual start. People change their minds when they see AI save time on their own task in the first hour, which is why everything runs on real work.

What happens after the training?

You keep everything. If you want the top automations built, the shortlist comes with a fixed price for the X-Ray, the first paid step of a build.
