How prices are set

Prices follow what you can count. The free check gives you an estimate on screen. The X-Ray counts these and fixes the price of the rebuild.

  • The areas of the business in scope, such as sales, billing, stock, hiring and month-end
  • The tools those areas run on, such as spreadsheets, databases, inboxes and apps
  • Screens, forms and reports
  • Macros, scripts and automations already in place
  • Links to other tools, such as an export to accounting

Which rows are ours?

Everyone can start with the free check. The Business X-Ray is $2,900 for one main system or workbook and $5,900 for a larger setup or up to 5 linked tools. A small system is rebuilt for $7,500 all in, the X-Ray included. A larger setup goes phase by phase from $20,000 a phase, and the X-Ray fixes the number of phases and the price of each. Run and improve is optional after any rebuild.

Why not an hourly rate?

Because you should know the cost before a step starts. Every step has a fixed price in writing, set from things you can count.

What if the work turns out bigger than we thought?

We tell you on day 1 of the X-Ray, before the work goes further. If the scope changes later, you get a new fixed price to accept or decline.

Can we stop after the X-Ray?

Yes. You keep the Operating Manual, the operating blueprint, the data health check and the Opportunity Map. You can use them to brief your own developer or to choose a product.

What does Run and improve cover?

Monitoring and the audit log kept current, a monthly review of the Opportunity Map, and automations and AI added one by one, each tracked against what it saves. From $750 a month, cancel any time.
