Your files hold your prices, your customers and your way of working. Nothing is read for the free check. Files come into it only during the Business X-Ray and the rebuild. Here is what we ask for at each step and how we treat it.

What we need at each step

AI Readiness Check
Nothing of yours. Clickable answers on screen, about 3 minutes, and your first name and email only if you want the full report. No files, no sign-up.

Business X-Ray
Copies of the spreadsheets, databases and documents in scope, plus time with the people who do the work. Records only if a step cannot be understood without them, and then with names removed where possible.

Rebuild
Your data, to clean and move into the new system, on a copy until the day you switch. Your live tools stay untouched unless you approve a change in writing.
- 04
Run and improve
A login to the new system you own, on the terms you set. You can turn it off at any time.
How we open what you send
- Every file you send is treated as untrusted, the same way you would treat an email attachment from a stranger.
- Files open only inside a throwaway machine that is wiped afterwards. Macros never run on our own computers.
- Any text inside a file that tries to give instructions to an AI tool is ignored and flagged to you.
