Privacy notice

When you ask for the full report of the free AI Readiness Check, we receive:

• your answers to the check
• your first name and your work email

When you send another request through a form on this website, such as to start the Business X-Ray or for AI training, we receive:

• your work email, and your name and company if you give them
• what you tell us about your company, your tools and your team, your notes and any options you picked

With every request we also receive the page you sent it from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you followed.

We do not use cookies for tracking. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.

To send your full report, reply to your request or prepare your quote, and keep a record of what you asked for. After a report we may write to you about it. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.

• Form requests go to an automation service on a private server we rent, which emails them to our inbox through an email delivery provider and sends us a short chat notification.
• This website and its visit counts are served by Cloudflare.
• Files you send for a project are handled as described on the page about how we handle your files. No file is sent or read for the free AI Readiness Check.

Requests that do not turn into work are deleted after 2 years. Project records are kept as long as the contract and the law require.

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
